Pieter Jan Troost knows what goes around in the mind of a buyer

Pieter Jan Troost is partner and owner of BuyerMinds, a design-for-conversion company. Changing focus years ago from Usability & ergonomics to Persuasion & online marketing, he’s really into the psychology of the buyer to “get the right design… before getting the design right”.
In the past 11 years he worked for companies, non-profit and retail, (re)designing major corporate websites and optimizing click paths. Specialized in UX/interaction design, he involves visual design, copywriting, SEO/SEA and eye tracking to increase online conversion.
