Robert Jan Verkade – conversion on the sly

Robert Jan has been telling people “everything that is good for the site’s visitor is good for the site’s owner” for years. He has a strong focus on User Experience and Web Standards. He thinks that knowing which context a site will be used in is important, and that each visitor should reach their goal without tripping over obstacles.

Robert Jan is founder of eend, a web agency from Utrecht which humanizes internet for clients like the Dutch Ministry of General Affairs, Oce Technologies, Dutch Transport Safety Board and Bruna.nl. His labour of love is Naar Voren, a web magazine for web workers, and he regularly speaks at presentations and training events.

Robert Jan is again looking forward to meeting his team and working with his co-captain!
