Morning Keynote
Mobile Conversion: Its more than the phone…
Effective user experience design not only supports efficient usage but also elicits desired behaviours; UX designers orchestrate interactions with expected outcomes. Mobile devices present unique design challenges in form factor,
usage models, and online access. Optimized mobile UI design must embrace an interdisciplinary approach, thinking not only about interaction design but also psychology (the science behind human behaviour) and intelligence from
analytics and predictive modelling. This session looks at design beyond the phone and addresses cross channel UX and how ecosystem design improves UX and conversion.
Afternoon Keynote
Mobile Persuasion: Best Practices, Tips, and Tricks
User interfaces can drive persuasion, from encouraging users to exercise or stop smoking, to spending more money on gambling. It’s up to the designer to put in the key drivers, and to make the right moral choices. This session breaks down several leading ideas on mobile persuasion into logical best practices with examples, and tips and tricks to get it right.
Closing Keynote
Predictive Analytics on the Fly: Real-Time Persuasion of Mobile Customers
There’s no greater potential opportunity than mobile marketing – but there’s no greater challenge. Customers “on the run” are short on time, and short on user interface capacity. An enterprise has got to learn fast which content, offer, creative and product to push to each customer in order to most reliably affect conversion. Enter predictive analytics, who’s very purpose is to find the rules, patterns and models that best match content-to-customer. By optimizing these discoveries over transactional data, your organization literally learns from experience. And by targeting offers, products and retention incentives accordingly, you’re applying what’s been learned. In this keynote, Dr. Siegel will demonstrate concretely how predictive analytics works, and survey the many value propositions by which applying predictive analytics delivers business value. This is an end-to-end talk, revealing a predictive model’s inner mechanics, as well as the best practices that generates synergy between analytical insight and the creative process.
Priya Prakash will also “do something” at a particular moment
