Jerome Nadel

With professional credentials that encompass not only human factors and usability, but also international business strategy and marketing, Jerome is uniquely positioned as a leading expert on strategic usability and user experience. He is a frequent keynote speaker on user experience design at conferences, corporations and universities around the world.
Jerome is currently Senior Vice President of User Experience at Sagem Wireless, bringing innovative user-centric mobile devices to market. Follow a series of research fellowships while working on a Ph.D. in applied experimental psychology, Jerome began his career at the IBM Human Factors Lab. Following his work at IBM, he held a variety of job titles reflecting increased responsibility at Unisys, including Co-Manager of the Corporate Human Factors Group. After his tenure at Unisys, Jerome became Worldwide Vice President of Marketing for a multi-national technology start-up, where he supported an acquisition by another international technology leader, Gemplus, ultimately serving as Vice President of Marketing there.
His key mandate, and success, was driving technology partnerships and promoting usability of mobile data services. Coming back to his passion, Jerome joined Human Factors International as Chief Experience Officer, where he helped transform the firm’s core usability services into business-oriented user experience strategy and design.

Scott Weiss

Scott Weiss is passionate about mobile user experience. He looks after the user interface of the Symbian operating system. He chairs the UI Council and provides vision for the future of the OS’ user experience.
Scott’s 20 years of user experience background have been spent at Apple, Microsoft, Sybase, Autodesk, and an agency he started and ran for 11 years in New York City. His first book, “Handheld Usability,” is widely recognised as the pioneering text on mobile phone design,
prototyping, and usability. He can be found speaking about mobile user experience world wide, and has recently spoken at Over the Air, Open Source in Mobile, and Create ‘09.

Eric Siegel is the president of Prediction Impact, Inc. and the conference chair of Predictive Analytics World. He is an expert in predictive analytics and data mining and a former computer science professor at Columbia University, where he won awards for teaching, including graduate-level courses in machine learning and intelligent systems – the academic terms for predictive analytics. After Columbia, Dr. Siegel co-founded two software companies for customer profiling and data mining, and then started Prediction Impact in 2003, providing predictive analytics services and training to mid-tier through Fortune 100 companies. Dr. Siegel is the instructor of the acclaimed training program, Predictive Analytics for Business, Marketing and Web, and the online version, Predictive Analytics Applied.

Priya enjoys crafting simple, fun, addictive tools to enable conversations and experiences underpinned by robust business models. Her expertise lies in developing and managing the complete customer experience for products and services. Over the past ten years, she has built and led product development teams. Her teams have shipped – BBC iMP (iPlayer), BBC Mobile portal, Trusted Places, Project Kangaroo (initial proposal), the Digital Wellbeing Showroom, Sugarscape (Hachette Filipacchi) and significantly increased Flirtomatic’s user revenues. She has worked in various capacities as senior interaction designer, implementation manager, creative director, innovation executive and head of product. Prakash is a RSA fellow with a MA in Interaction Design from Royal College of Art and holds patents for iPlayer. When not working, she dreams of starting her own social enterprise. She recently joined Nokia as Creative Director for Consumer Experience.
